Buy your land

Our services begin with an on-site visit to assess the land and the costs of preparing the soil before entering the building phase.

List of things to think before starting:



- Choose the land before choosing your house plan in order to take full advantage of the potential of the lot (particularly relevant in rural areas).

- Determine where you are going to put the house, the pit, and the well. Check with local authorities the applicable building codes and regulations (ie. 100 years of flood recurrence, maximum building height, minimum footprint, etc.). If possible, get this information before buying the land.

- Discuss your project with your financial institution to confirm financial feasibility (pre-approval). Determine the budget you would like to dedicate to this project.
